COVID-19 FAQ

Subject to availability Smack Amusements will work with customers for all secured bookings that require rescheduling due to Covid-19 Government restrictions.

All secured bookings that cancel are subject to the below cancellation policy.

All monies paid to date at time of cancellation are non-refundable. Subject to Smack Amusements discretion all monies paid to date maybe transferable to a new date subject to availability.

Inflatable Games FAQ

Yes all our products have 20 mil Public Liability. A copy is available should you require one for your records.

Yes! We require a deposit for all Bookings and it is $200. This will confirm your booking. Deposit varies for each product. The remaining amount is due 5 days before event date or with prior notice on the day/night of your event however you can pay prior if easier for you

Yes all our products have 20 mil Public Liability. A copy is available should you require one for your records.

Mechanical Bull FAQ

Smack Amusements DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY REFUNDS If your event is unfortunately cancelled. If cancelled 72hr or more in advance: you will lose your $100 deposit any extra monies will be refunded, If cancelled 72hr or under: no monies will be refunded as we will be unable to rehire the but to another customer and have booked staff for your event.

A generator of 5kva to 8kva or more is is capable of running the mechanical Bull. We have generators for hire at $100.

es! You can purchase extra hours either beforehand or on the night. If the extra hours are purchased on the night/ day, and they are $100 each.
